FAQ

Documentation FAQ.

Common questions for BIOLAB research-only catalog, COA/SDS requests, lot keys and controlled support.

RUO HELP CENTER

Fast answers before support review.

These answers keep the public flow documentary. If a request needs human review, use Support with organization context and lot/key details.

Are BIOLAB products available through a public ecommerce flow?

No. The public site is catalog and documentation-first. It does not provide a public transaction path, public account flow or open document archive.

Can I see COA or SDS files without a key?

No. Documents are released only after a controlled key match or manual support review. BIOLAB records currently show zero released real lots on the public index.

What should I send when requesting documents?

Send organization context, role, material name, lot or certificate key if available, and the exact document type requested.

What happens if the validator does not match my key?

The validator prepares a manual support request. A missing match can mean pending release, archived status, restricted visibility or a typo.

Can support answer end-use questions?

No. Support can route documentation, certificate status and controlled access questions. End-use guidance and regulated claims are not handled on the public site.

When can BIOLAB remove noindex?

Only after Legal/Regulatory approval, real COA/SDS and lot records, assigned document owner, QA guardrails and explicit authorization.
